Yolanda Reed is a former Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of Human Resources
experience, and 18 years being at the executive leadership level. Yolanda has always lent her
creativity to her leadership, in building teams and cultures. However, her true passion, has
always been decorating and throwing amazing parties, as she loves to entertain.
Over the last few years, during the world of virtual meetings, Yolanda’s creativity for
decorating, became the center of attention and conversation, as her home was the backdrop of
Zoom meetings. As Yolanda, like so many others, reflected on her purposes, and sought a
deeper meaning, and thought about the consistent feedback that he has always received
related to her creativity, with decorating, and coaching.
In 2021, Yolanda took her true passion, decorating, and coaching and started Yokie! LLC.
Yokie is Yolanda’s childhood nickname from birth, but she turned it into an acronym, when
someone said, you do everything, and without hesitation, she said thank you, I actually do,
YOKIE, Your One Key In Everything!
At Yokie! we don’t do everything, but what we do, decorating, staging and coaching, we do
well. We find creative solutions to your problems or areas that clients want to change. Around
the office, her name is creative queen, her mind works like no other’s.
Yolanda is known for her warm inviting styles and bringing her clients energy into their living
and workspaces. As well as her coaching, consultant and executive advisory.
